WTS is committed to quality and safety in the workplace. The WTS Charlotte, North Carolina facility is headquarters for welder qualifications. Training stations, mock-up areas and state-of-the-art GMAW / GTAW multiprocess welding systems are maintained to qualify technicians in all processes and exotic alloys.

WTS has in place a complete Quality Assurance Program that meets the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, and ANSI N45.2. In addition to the QA Program, WTS holds the ASME "S" and "U" Certificates of Authorization and the National Board “R" Certificate of Authorization.

WTS staff and technicians are required to adhere to 10 CFR 26 Fitness-for-duty regulations and 10 CFR 73 security screening to meet rigid industry safety (delete and quality) standards.
